Important Messages from Gordon Soutar.
Disruption To E-mail Service:
I am very sorry to announce that due to my main email server having difficulties due to defragmentation, I experienced a disruption to my 'blueyonder.co.uk' email service during July and early August 2007. This led to my being unable to receive or reply to any mail you may have sent over this period. I am pleased to say that this problem is now resolved, but please resend any emails you may have sent around this time and which did not receive a reply.
Website Contact Messages: Perhaps even more importantly, as a result of a misunderstanding in early 2008, my website provider dicontinued my website webmail mailboxes for both 'info@healingplace.co.uk' & 'info@complementary-therapy.com,' thereby deleting everything contained in my mailboxes. Although this problem is now resolved and normal service has resumed, I have no way of retreiving email addresses, or any messages sent to or from me, through this website's 'Contact' facility prior to the difficulty arising. The contact address info@healingplace.co.uk has now been discontinued as an active address for domain name healingplace.co.uk while the Enquiries/Contact page on this website is back up and running again for direct communication through info@complementary-therapy.com .
Please accept my apologies for any apparent lack of communication that may have arisen as a result of these recent difficulties, and I respectfully ask you to please re-send any enquiries or important messages requiring response from me. and I will endeavour to respond without further delay.
